DELIVERY

CLOUD 9 AVENUE shall deliver Products ordered by you by a courier or postal service of CLOUD 9 AVENUE's decision. The delivery will be conducted to the delivery address that you have provided us. By accepting these Terms, you agree irrevocably to appoint and do appoint the courier or postal service to be your agent for taking delivery of the Products on your behalf, and delivery to the courier or postal service shall be deemed to be delivered to you.

Currently, delivery services are only available to Australia addresses.

All delivery is subject to availability. As we process your order, we will also notify you if any Products unfortunately are not available.

CLOUD 9 AVENUE shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in delivery of goods, if the delay was due to any cause beyond CLOUD 9 AVENUE reasonable control.

PRE-ORDER DELIVERY


For all pre-order products, we source them around the world which delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times will be indicated within each specific sale according to the dispatch location and are typically between 4 to 6 weeks from the order placement date. We use the best possible estimated dates given the information we have been provided by our suppliers and partners, however many factors are outside of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. We will use our best efforts to ensure your orders arrives as soon as possible after the end of the sale and within the estimated delivery dates


STANDARD SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

The default setting for deliveries will be Australia Standard Delivery. In most scenarios, orders via Australia Standard Delivery will use Australia Post. Standard Deliveries will be made within 3-10 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends and public holidays)

We are able to deliver to PO Box within Australia for those customers who have selected Standard Delivery only, however If your order arrive and no one is around to take delivery of your parcel, a calling card will be left for you to contact your nearest Post Office.

If you choose to have your order delivered to you at work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods.

It's very important that you provide a delivery address where someone can sign for the package.


EXPRESS SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

We are happy to ship your order via Express Post if you require it sooner than our normal delivery time frame. Express Post Deliveries will be made within 3 business days after you place your order (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays). You must have completed your order by 4pm AEST.

Express delivery costs may vary depending on what you have ordered, we will send out via the most suitable carrier, depending on the size and weight. Your dispatch email will include a consignment number or a link for you to track your order.

CLOUD 9 AVENUE is not liable if your order does not turn up on time or if it is lost in transit. In this instance, please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 or contact us


FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA

On occasion CLOUD 9 AVENUE will offer free shipping service from our warehouse in Sydney for orders over AUD $99.00. This promotion will be under the Standard Delivery service, which will deliver within 3 -10 business days. (Please see above)

Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store.

International Delivery Information: We currently only offer shipping within Australia Please contact us for any delivery outside Australia.


ORDER TRACKING

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post or the chosen courier containing a consignment number or a hyperlink. Simply enter this on their respective websites to track the delivery of your parcel.

Please note: Tracking details may not appear until the parcel has arrived at the Australia Post or courier delivery depot.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Our sales & support team at the warehouse are aim to pick and pack your order as quick as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left our warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.


LATE DELIVERY

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:

• Orders placed after midday will be processed into the system on the following day therefore not processed on the day;
• PayPal authorisation must be received prior to processing;
• PayPal eChecks can take up to one week to clear; and
• Delays can be caused by public holidays and seasonal periods.

CURRENCY & TAX

All orders, including shipping costs, are in AUD currency.
All prices on the Website are inclusive of Australian GST and exclusive of postage and packing.
